SELF-DEFENSE (on mats)

Everyone sit on the red mats as Sensei calls up two at a time to do a specific self-defense.
Teacher corrects the problem self-defense moves:

White Belt #3: Make sure first move is IN HORSE STANCE

Yellow Belt #1: Make sure student ends with both feet parallel and facing back, with space in-between.

Yellow Belt #2: Grab WRIST, not hand.

Orange Belt #1: Chamber the kick high.

Orange Belt #2: Block at ELBOW while in HORSE STANCE.

Green Belt #1: Grab opponent's SHOULDER & WRIST, not other parts of the arm.

Green Belt #3: Start in BACK STANCE, end in FRONT STANCE

Blue Belt #3: SWEEP, don't push opponent down.
