DALU

Dalu is a type of choreographed push hands.
Actually, Dalu (sometimes spelled 'Ta-lu')
utilizes tai chi's '
4 Corners'
and is often referred to as '
4 Corner Push Hands'.

Dalu utilizes four methods:

PULL DOWN
SPLIT
ELBOW STRIKE
SHOULDER STRIKE

which correspond to the four Chinese trigrams.
These are used complementary to

WARD OFF
ROLLBACK
PRESS
PUSH

Dalu follows the balance of power
and utilizes the concept of
neutralizing the oponent.
